In the travel industry, almost every organization works with intermediaries, who often work with other middlemen. This results in commission upon commission being lost to, in our view, unnecessary links in the chain.
When we create a unique adventure, we make sure that the people on the ground work directly for the adventurer, not for an endless chain of intermediaries. This approach also allows us to offer cheaper trips. Often, we also bring our own equipment, such as canoes, packrafts, tents, and even our own vehicles. Additionally, our guides always work directly for Travelbase.
